Shipping policy

Although we try to keep our online store updated with in stock items, it is possible that an item may be out of stock and need to be custom ordered. Lead times start at 7 days for custom orders, and depend on availability.

All in stock orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All shipments are subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. In this case, thank you so much for your patience as you support our small business. We cannot guarantee any shipments will be delivered by a specified date, please know there are absolutely no refunds available for delayed shipments. If you need an item by a specific date, please look into our in-store pick up or local delivery options.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 728 Main St. Lake Geneva. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 business days. Items that are out of stock in store may be in stock online and take up to 3 weeks for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 12-4 every day except holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local delivery

Local delivery is always an option for those who need something fast or are unable to visit us in store.

 Local delivery for $10 is available for orders over $100 within 20 miles of our store.
